so if you look at my face its pretty clear. only if u are close u can see that i have very tiny bumps under the skin. and when i wash my face i can feel them.

how can i get rid of them quick??

i wash my face everyday with good face cleanser, then use a really good toner, and mosturize. all of them are good products. i just need to get rid of those little bumps.

please help, thanks

I have always had clear skin, when I got off of Yasmin 28 I started breaking out about 6 months later. I have had my hormones tested and had slightly high testosterone
and am now taking 25 mg of spiro for the past 3 weeks
i upped the dosage to 50 mg and started breaking out. i hear you break out for the first three weeks than clear up. anyway suggestions???

i dont have acne and usually i do have pretty clear skin, its just that lately its been getting worse for some reason, i havent had a change in diet and im not getting my period (although i know tht can influence it) so how can i clear up my skin? i cleanse on average 2X per day as instructed by the label and i dont eat many fatty foods except chocolate :P does any1 know any natural ways to get clearer skin??
